CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know by 12:00 PM (noon), two (2) days prior to your appointment. There’s no fee with timely notice. For changes made with less than two days’ notice, a $30.00 cancellation fee per dog will apply. We reserve your spot just for you and appreciate your understanding as a small, owner-operated business.
